We are both Real Estate Brokers licensed by the State of California. We have extensive knowledge in residential, and commercial property transactions. After five years of service on the Grievance Committee, Katherine is currently in her second year of service to the Burbank Association of Realtors as a member of the Professional Standards & Practices Committee. She also serves on the MLS Committee at Southland Regional Association of Realtors and is a second year member of the MLS sub-committee on Rules & Compliance. Katherine has attained her e-PRO Certification from the National Association of Realtors and she is Feng Shui Certified. In order to serve our clients more efficiently, Katherine is also a notary public. Our clients don't have to go to escrow to sign the grant deed, we can do that in their living room! Personal
Bob and I have been married for 26 years. We have two children. They are Mary-Alexandra, age 23 and Kat, age 18. We live in Burbank. Mary-Alex graduated in June, 2007 from California State University Northridge with a double major (Journalism & English-Creative Writing) and Kat is currently attending University of California, Irvine majoring in drama.
We have been active in many charities. We support Burbank Temporary Aid, The Smile Train, Doctors Without Borders, Habitat For Humanity and many others.
